FRUSTRATION

Well much to my excitement leading up to my weigh in this morning,i was upset it was .8......I was so hoping to get to one of the mini goals I had set for myself,and to find out I let myself down is heartbreaking,so this morning I went back through the weeks where I lost 3 pounds,2.4,1.6,1.4 etc and added up my calories and w/o calories to see what i have to do to get back to that point again...it seems like I will lose great for 3 weeks then it will drop off for a week or two,etc.my body rebels so easily and I hate it......so today Im gonna have a high calorie day of 15-1800 or so to see if that will jump start me again,sometimes when I have a high cal day it takes 2-3 days before my body goes back to normal and levels out to what it was before the high calorie day.I am not w/o out today cause normally when its weigh in day i take the day off from w/o......maybe if I switch it up say have my high cal day on weigh day and w/o and take a different day off of w/o,maybe the extra cal and no w/o on the same day is to much for my body to adjust to at one time...

So then the plan i think will be high cal day on thursday(weigh in day)w/o on thursday so my body can burn alittle of the extra cal,then take maybe friday or sunday off of working out,so thats my plan instead of having 25 total to lose im down to only 10 to go and I wanna be at my main goal on my birthday APRIL 16TH

Well thats all folks sorry it took so long to give an update but I have been w/o out alot and getting stuff all figured out lol

P.S.S. Im gonna do a 1/2 marathon w/ CRYSTAL so mo you cant back out now since I have told the whole world we are doing this lol
